Your complaints are real, and so are the worries, emotions and difficulties that come with them. As a psychologist I can help you with that.

Persistent physical symptoms (ALK) is a general term to describe a physical illness. ALK can cause significant stress and impairment that recur regularly and last for at least several months. The complaints can consist of pain, fatigue, digestive complaints, joint complaints or neurological complaints.

Often there are other complaints in addition to the persistent physical complaints. Think of anxiety or depressive complaints, sometimes of AD(H)D or autism. This is included in the diagnosis and treatment. In addition, it is possible that we collaborate with other professionals or bridge care.

Based on a diagnosis, we discuss all possible treatments. Everything takes place in mutual consultation. We work in a multidisciplinary team, which allows us to see which care provider best suits your request for help.
